“The Ben Haworth”

Congratulation to Ben Haworth, the nibble footed Longboard rider who rode to victory at Saunton Hotdoggers 4th League event at the weekend. The win secured him the league title as well. I’ve been getting to grips with a few bits of software new to me…..always the source of lots of swearing. So I thought I’d post my latest attempt. Several hours of tinkering and messing and I’ve finally worked out how to embed my own flash movies rather than having to post on youtube.

Thorndog - Lynmouth 16th Jan 09

Surf: It looked like we’d be on for a cracking high tide session up at Lynmouth this morning. Loads of long period swell, OK wind and reports of awesome 3-4ft sets reeling all the way down the point the night before. No such luck. The righthander was OK for bit (got a few nice action pix) but the car park uninspiring despite the sun. Read the rest of this entry »
